A fun weekend was had in Chicago (or 'Cago as Ian calls it) Chez Uncle Lester and Aunt Sarah who graciously hosted us.
Saturday was an outdoors day so we went to the Morton Arboretum where there was an extensive children's garden and play area.
Ian had a grand time climbing into tree forts, fording little ponds, and hugging frog fountains.
I think he cantered for 3 hours straight. Lester and Sarah wondered if he'd ever tire out but he outlasted us all.
